Poem utilising several literati words of the day (challenge!) ;-))

Ok, the barms swirl so gently, froth and bubble
on the surface of fermenting malt liquors, they take me back
in imagination, if not reality
to a landscape, where
parrs swirl in schools in the swales,
and brants honk lonely over them,
on their way to breed in the frozen reaches of the north,
until a phot (of semi-gnosis)
sparks in the mirks

but they have seeled the eyes of the hawks and falcons
so let us tip a hin or three of liquor (in best bibblical tradition)
to escape the fearful carcinogenic curse of the vons
